1. Legal right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods .

If you have ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the last good .

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

3. Consequences of revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point , including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your return notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Returns

You must return the goods to us or to a return address specified by us immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel this contract to us .

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense , unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

  • Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken

  • Products made to customer specifications (e.g. personalized products)

  • Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life
